- Professional Training: Covers technology courses, leadership development, project management, entrepreneurship mentoring, branding, and public speaking and other IT / Management related trainings, as requested.
All services are provided based on individual service agreements, training schedules, and client needs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without prior notice.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Site or Services to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Transmit any false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Buraq Global LLC or third parties.

- Due Date: As specified on the invoice.
- Accepted Methods: Credit card, ACH, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated.
- Late Fees: A 1.5% monthly interest or the highest amount permitted by law may apply to overdue balances.
Failure to remit payment on time may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Training Programs: Full refund available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training may be subject to a 50% fee. No refund for missed sessions.
- Consulting Services: Refunds are not provided for hours or services already rendered. Clients may cancel with written notice per the terms of the consulting agreement.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.
